About Us

Sorella Bridal is a luxury studio, based in the historic market town of Northallerton, sitting between the stunning Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors.

The studio is owned and managed by Hannah and Lauren. ‘Sorella’ meaning sister in Italian, the name was dreamt up to represent the strong bond between the two sisters. Our differing personalities and styles have complimented each other in creating the vision and space that is Sorella Bridal. 

We were previously known as ‘Victoria Robson Bridal’, an award-winning business Victoria Ramsden grew from scratch, serving over a thousand brides throughout her nine years in the same specialhideaway. Mentoring the sisters, they took over in Spring of 2024, ready for new brides to #JoinTheSisterhood.

The studio houses a beautiful retail space with almost 100 dresses from internationally-renowned brands, alongside two welcoming bridal suites to host your shopping experience. A cosy, dreamy, luxe experience is what you’ll feel as you enter the studio, with a dedicated bridal stylist to … you through your 90-minute appointment. We wanted to create a space where you feel comfortable and confident to find your picture perfect dress, alongside the special people you bring along with you. Our suites are perfectly designed for this, with every bride in mind.

We stock a diverse range of dresses, with something in mind for every bride. Our dresses are lovingly designed and meticulously constructed by world-leading and influential design houses with decades of experience in the bridal industry. We’re fashion-forward, consistently updating our wardrobe of samples with styles, fits and trends our Sorella Sisters can’t wait to try on!

We stock a range of world class wedding dress designers including Pronovias, Alberto Palatchi, Elysee, Maggie Sottero, Rebecca Ingram, and the award-winning Sottero & Midgley. Our gowns cover a huge range of inclusive styles, ranging between £1000 and £3500 We also have a small selection of ready-to-wear dresses that represent our recently retired sample stock.
